We currently have an issue on our live platform where SCORM learning objects that have been completed by a student does not change over to "Completed" status but stays "Started".
This is causing issues with the prerequisites for modules that follow, as the student can not access these until the LO is "Completed".
On our test server it works correctly - so it does not seem to be an issue with the actual SCORM content but rather a setting on the server. Both run Ubuntu18.04 and as far as I can determine are almost mirror images of each other. Where can I look to try and find the problem?

Fixed by applying the patch listed under the Patches section within the forum - thx guys
