Content Library option not showing

Hi,

Having a small with the Content Library isnt showing in the Admin area, therefore I am not able to add it to the user menu. ( please see image)

Does anyone else have this issue ?

why should content library appear to the user?

@nickda: sorry the activation button is missing in newly installed 1.1 platforms, will be available again with the upcoming 1.2 release
@jasmines: the content library give users access to learning materials even outside a course, i.e. when a course is closed
