Zoom & Forma LMS

Video conferencing, screen sharing and educational tools all in one platform Are you already familiar with the Zoom platform? If the answer is yes, you know that it was created to manage video calls and webinars, but it is an extremely versatile tool with great potential.

For Zoom Meeting and Zoom Webinar users, Forma LMS integrates with Zoom so that users can access live training sessions directly from webinar courses on their own platforms.

How do I activate the plugin installation?

You must have an active Zoom account and accept the terms and conditions of the contract to successfully complete the setup. To install the zoom plugin, go to the “Plugins” menu from the forma.lms administration, click on UPLOAD and then on INSTALLATION.

Once the plugin is installed, you can create your online event on zoom and proceed with participant registration. Participants will be able to access the created event directly from the platform without any pre-registration on Zoom. At the end of the video lesson, you can download user access reports directly from the “history” tab within the Forma Lms platform. From here you can view user login and logout times. If you want to share the report with your colleagues, you can export the file in xls format by clicking on the appropriate “Excel” tab.
