Login Screen Words Modifications

Login Screen I am using version 2.3.0 I am not finding any of this area I see Language management but I do not think it what I am looking for. Can someone please help me to locate what I am supposed to be looking for so I can modify the login screen.
To change these words please go to Admin/Language management, search for login, and edit the keys _INTRO_STD_TEXT_TITLE and _INTRO_STD_TEXT

Hi Jesse, the instructions on how to edit that wording are right on the home page... and you also pasted them.
Don't know how else to say it: go to Admin, settings, language management, click on translate and search for that key and edit it

The only thing under language management is English and that sure isn't helping in this case.

I have figured it out you should add you need to click on the translate button to find them. That missing step should be added so new people will now...

It's not missing, the information is there and the button is highlighted
