Flow player

I am having problems embeeding flowplayer. It seems java scripts are banned from being part of the body of a web page. Is this true? Is there a way to work around this?
Javascript and other html tags that are potentially dangerous are not permitted anywhere there is an html input field
The tags and content are stripped out saving data on db by a filter
Only Administrator have the ability to insert javascripts and the other tags ( no filter applyed )
