Start counter fail

I moved my sql to other server but counter starting from 1 hour how can i fix that problem?

Hi,
maybe it's due to the timezone configuration of your new server.
Probably, the server timezone is one hour earlier than your time. So, the counter correctly thinks that one hour has already passed, and starts from there. It's not a failure, the counter counts correctly
If you adjust the timezone, everything should be ok. Let us know.

can be it by Allow_url_include ON ? it has to be off?

I am not a Sys Admin so I actually don't know anything about this.
The only thing I know is: I checked our installations and "allow_url_include": is actually set as Off

So, you can try that.
