Assessment - Answers with special characters not displaying

Hi Sir/Madam -

I was trying to create a post-training assessment questionnaires under "Assessment" menu. While I enter the answers with special characters, it does not display the answers properly. Please refer to the attached screen shots.

Please let me know how we can rectify this.

this is because Forma Lms "sanitizes" the html code by removing potentially malicious code.
