Question Pool?

In Pool of Questions. I want to Question is public for other course, can you help me?
And I Want to It same tree (same catagory,..) and role to user, ..

Hi Tuan, here is a short but complete answer.

First: go to administration and define the question categories (elearning>settings>question categories)

Then: inside any of your courses, go to the menu item "question bank" and begin adding questions. Also assign your questions to the categories you want.

At this point, all of your questions will be available across courses. In all the courses, if you go to Question Bank from Teacher Area, you'll have the same questions from which you can choose. This means that you have a real question bank (pool), available everywhere.

At this point, you just need to
- flag the questions you want to use
- click on "export>as a new test"

and a new test will be created in the course you are in, with the questions you have chosen.

Your Solution also good idea, It is duplicate question, but I want to have got a public question bank. and It have got tree for question bank. Now Question bank is peer to peer. Can you guide me? Thank you very much.

the question bank IS public. But you always have to work through a course, you cannot have questions OUT of a course.

I think you should be add this function to LMS. Because many course may be used again question from Question bank, I hope so

Maybe I'm not explaining myself, I try to explain better.

The Question bank IS already very powerful. The Lms is a course manager, so it functions based on courses.
That said, the questions are available IN ALL COURSES. So whenever you want to pick questions from the bank, it doesn't matter what course you are in, you can always do it. So, what you want is already there....

If you said that It is true. But If you are administrator then you will want to questions don't be duplicate ==>If have duplicate question I will must edit it (Example one Question is mistake need be editor) and find it more courses which have that questions==> need public Question bank. Following my option.

Other question I want to find/add code of question, can you guide me? .

I think I understand what you say, a customer asked us to have the same thing (i.e. if you update a question in the question bank, than it gets updated in all the courses where that question is used). Unfortunately, they decided not to go ahead.
But we analysed the thing and I can tell you it is quite complicated and takes a lot of programming.
I'm not a programmer, so I cannot help you on this.
