Report Card Bug

Good Day

I have a problem with the report card. When the student submits their assessment, it initially shows on the Report Card as 'not graded yet of 100'. The assessment has to be marked by a Facilitator. But after a few hours, when the student views the Report Card again, the status is back to 'Not assigned' As if they have not submitted anything. I know they have, because I can see in the Grade Book that they have.

I am using version 2.4.2. Please see below:

I have an assessment with an Upload File question. Before uploading my file and submitting the assessment, the Report card shows the following:




I then uploaded my file and submitted the assessment. When I go into my Report Card, I can see that it has been submitted (and still no date):




Now the marker or facilitator goes to the Grade Book to download my file by clicking the 'Show answer' button:




Now when I go back as the student to check my Report card, it has now reset my my submission back to 'Not assigned'. As seen below, you can see that there is now a date there as well:

Is this occurring with test learning objects in a course too?

This only occurs for the Test learning object.

It sounds like a bug. Two or three, to say the truth.
Someone could suggest you to upgrade your forma version, and see if the issue get solved itself, but I'd rather investigate with a developer.

We have tested on version 3 as well and get the same issue.
