Is there a way to integrate an online chat to Forma? If so, do you have any tips or guides? I would really appreciate any help you can provide.

Forma comes with two modules for this: instant messenger and chat. If they're not suitable for your needs and you would like to integrate some third parties solution, I would suggest tawk.

Thanks for your quick response. I can see the messaging system, but how can I enable the chat?

Hi IrynaP, the chat module is obsolete and will be removed in the next release.
We'll consider implementing a more modern solution as a plugin, but not in the short term
