What does not work exactly? Forma side? Any Log? Server side? Response?
You should try to give evidence and verbosity, otherwise I can't help without being on your instance.

Oh sorry. I've been able to do a workaround.

Something different though, can Forma ever work with MSSQL?

Not natively, but a layer can be developed on demand.
