Database connection error after machine restart

Hello everyone, I'm facing a problem with MariaDB after restarting my server.
After restarting the machine, the system started displaying an error saying that it can't connect to the database.
I checked the status of MariaDB and realized that it wasn't running, so I restarted the service manually.
After that, I was able to access the database normally through the terminal.
However, the system that depends on this database still keeps showing a connection error.
Does anyone know what could be causing this connection failure even though MariaDB is working?

Hi, it's not a Forma related issue.
You should ask your system admin.

I understand, so how do I check or change the database information?
since the database is running, formalms is not recognizing it

Is forma installed?
Is config.php dB section filled correctly?
What server logs shows?
