In all of our Corporate Digital Academy projects, it's been essential to have a system based on solid and diversified user organization logics: on this front Forma LMS offers unbeatable functionality.
User Organization
I am obviously referring, in particular, to the organization chart function that Forma uses to group users with extremely flexible and customizable logics, and which allows you to set up the platform in the way that best suits the context in which it is used: for example, you can replicate the company organization chart, the structure of your sales network or the list of your customers, or a mix of all these options.
In addition to the organization chart, there are also other systems that have often proved useful in Digital Academy situations:
- "Groups," very convenient for creating transversal groupings in the organization chart, and to simplify massive operations that require temporary groupings for occasional training projects.
- "Roles", a user organization system closely linked to the skills mapping and skillgap analysis functions, which can still be used to divide users based on their role in the company, when you choose to use different logics for the organization chart.
Customizable personal data
This feature is also very useful in cases in which users register themselves to the platform: thanks to the advanced registration settings, in fact, users will be automatically inserted in the correct organization chart node, or in a selected group.
